The best!

Love the stretch

I have various styles of Wuka and the Stretch is my favourite, this is my first pair of cotton ones and I think these are my new favourite. They’re soft and stretchy and fit well. I wish the gusset went further at the front and the back in all the styles. For size reference I’m a size 8 and the XS-L fit comfortable and allow for bloating

Brilliant period underwear

These are my first sets of period underwear, and they are brilliant. They’re so soft and stretchy, which makes them really comfortable even when bloating so no overwhelming sensory feelings of tightness. It does take some time to get used to the bulky gusset, as someone who’s been using tampons or a menstrual cup for years now, but these pants are great for when intense cramps make those internal solutions too painful to use. They’re also great for overnight. I haven’t had any leaks, and I’ve slowly been feeling more confident wearing them to the gym etc. I highly recommend them!

Many traditional sanitary pads contain plastic and harsh chemicals that can lead to skin irritations and rashes. WUKA Cotton Stretch offers a healthier alternative by being chemical-free, promoting comfort, and reducing the risk of skin-related issues associated with menstrual products.
Due to the delicate nature of this unique material, we recommend washing WUKA Stretch™ Cotton in our custom designed laundry mesh bag. Elastane (a composition of our fabric) doesn’t like heat or chemicals. We recommend not tumble-drying your period pants or hanging them on a radiator – air drying is best.
Layers. Our many layers contribute to making sure you get a long lasting feeling of dryness and security, not having to worry about leakage, smell or infection. Every pair includes a super absorbent gusset which consists of many layers, the middle layers absorb and lock in the blood whilst working with the outer layer to ensure you stay dry through your day to day activities! Period pants look and feel like your regular underwear but they are leak-proof, which means you don't have to wear a pad, a tampon or menstrual cup when you wear them during your period.
It depends on the level of absorbency that you need. WUKA are designed to hold a certain amount of menstrual flow, as specified on our website from light flow to super heavy flow. If you have a light flow, it may be possible to wear WUKA Light flow pants without additional protection. However, if you have a heavy flow or are experiencing incontinence, we suggest wearing a heavy or super heavy flow. It's always best to carry extra pants.

The simple answer is no! WUKA has been committed since day one to not use any harmful chemicals in the production of our products. All of the materials that we use are planet friendly, animal friendly and contain no added chemicals, such as silver or antibacterial treatments, stain-resistant or Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAs or PFSAs). All WUKA are independently tested by Highstreet Textile Testing Services Ltd (HTTS) who guarantee there is zero trace of PFA's in our products.
After use, rinse with cold water until the water runs clear. This is best done immediately after removing. Pop your WUKA with similar, dark coloured garments and wash at 30-40ºc, inside out. Don't use fabric conditioners. Air dry your WUKA Period Pants outside on the line or indoors on an airer. Don't tumble dry it. For the Heavy Flow and the Super Heavy Flow, we advise washing inside out and giving them an extra spin. As well as this, we recommend sticking on a warm radiator to ensure complete dryness. We always advise washing pants as cold as possible. This will prolong the lifespan of your pants and also keep the absorbency as high as possible. Refrain from drying in a dryer or on a radiator (if possible) and always dry inside out. We would not suggest leaving your WUKA pants to soak for a prolonged time, this can cause the material and bonding to wear and damage quicker.
