Vaginal weightlifting is a pelvic floor exercise which is done using a weight that is inserted into the vagina, an object is tied onto the other end, and then the item is lifted. Women practice vaginal weightlifting for a range of reasons, including to tighten their pelvic floor muscles, enhance their sexual experiences, and improve their core following giving birth.
