WUKA Ultimate™ High Waist - Super Heavy

Let's start with the positive: they work. I don't have very heavy periods, but I wanted this version for the high waist as well as the added comfort and peace of mind especially with nights in mind. Not once did I feel even slightly "damp" and these do feel soft against the skin, except... for the mesh. This is where the negative comes in. Why mesh? Why mesh in period underwear? Felt unnecessary. I dread the moment my nails (not that long natural nails) will go through the mesh... Feels strange that in the model with the highest (?) waistline and heaviest of flows, this would be where the mesh is used. Maybe it's done to make these feel a bit lighter?

Another not-so-positive thing for me personally was the fact that there were not something I'd personally consider high waist, but then again, I have a lot of junk in my trunk and a belly, so perhaps this was more of a me issue. I could've used another 3-5cm of height and that would've made me happier, especially when these are quite heavy panties and want to slide down somewhat when on the move. In addition to this, they do unfortunately sound rather diaper-y, and they seem pretty heavily padded - for these reasons I didn't feel comfortable leaving the house in these. Around the house (where I can also keep tugging them upwards) these panties were making the period a more comfortable and worry-free time for sure. I did sleep in these pretty happily too, though for this too, the waist could've been higher.

As a heavy flow girly; I use super tampons and a pad and then still end up leaking every hour or so on my first two days I have to say I’m completely impressed! At 37 years old I’ve finally found the answer; and in a pair of knickers!
They are exceptional at holding the blood flow, if I was brave enough I’d make a social media post highlighting just how amazing these are. I wish I could afford another five pairs because genuinely these are the best option I’ve come across

Great, they do exactly as they say! I was struggling finding period pants that could cope with my flow, as I'm very heavy. These work perfectly and now I don't worry about feeling damp or overflowing the pants. Will go to WUKA when replacement pants are needed!
