You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

WUKA Teen Stretch™ Seamless Period Pants are designed to grow with your teen, flexing across 3 sizes thanks to the unique inner gusset that expands in every direction. Comfortable, leak-free and odour-resistant, they give your child confidence for school, sports and first periods without the need for pads or tampons.

HOW IT WORKS

Heavy Flow absorbency holds 20ml of period blood — around 4 tampons’ worth or 3 pads. CoolMax™ technology in the gusset is fast-drying, moisture-wicking and breathable, keeping teens secure and fresh. The narrow gusset is specially designed for growing bodies, while the seamless fit feels just like regular underwear.

GOOD TO KNOW

Wash before first use. Reusable for up to 2 years, saving around 200 disposables from landfill. On heavy days, we recommend carrying a spare pair as every flow is unique.
