I'm 5'3" 162lbs with a B belly. I'm in my mid 40's so my flows are inconsistent and surprising. But I have NEVER had a surprise with the Ultimate High Waist. One time I had a super heavy flow overnight. When I woke I thought it was going to be everywhere in the bed. NOPE! Not a single leak! This is the only period underwear brand I wear. But only the Ultimate High Waist style, not the stretch seamless high waist style (they are tight and uncomfortable). These underwear are comfortable, they come to my belly button and cover my butt. They fit perfectly! And they are a little bit **** because of the mesh sides, my husband loves that. I will buy these underwear over and over again. They last a really long time. And I recommended these to everyone with a period! Now lets just hope Wuka brings back this style in the medium flow. I have no idea why they discontinued them.

Iv got super heavy, and heavy high waist ones and they are great both same size and fit lovely but I also have the same size in hipsters and they seem to come up smaller even though they are the same size as I always get, but I will defonatley be getting more of the high waist ones

They are absolutely brilliant. I have PCOS and get really bloated and have painful periods, but these still feel super secure and comfortable because they are so stretchy. Would highly recommend

As the title says... I wish I'd have found them sooner. I have had years of leaks, ruined underwear and that horrible 'period' smell. I was initially skeptical and at the price, I was unsure. I am so glad I did. They have literally changed my life. As a plus size lady I often felt that pads didn't really cover enough but these are sized really well and actually consider body shape. My periods are heavy, particularly on days 1-3. I have had not a single leak. These really are a game changer and, I think, particularly amazing for younger generations that haven't grown up with pads/tampons. As a 30 something that haven't used them before it took a while to get my head around but once you get passed 'what we are used to' they really are fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great period pants, no leaks during the heavy days. Comfy and they wash well. it takes a couple of wears to get used to them. I have been using them nearly a year and would recommend.

After recommendations from my sisters after the reusable pads were no longer working. I bought three pairs of Wuka period pants and they are the first period wear that I'm happy and confident that I'm not going to leak through, I get super heavy periods but the Knickers aren't heavy or nappy like at all. I'm also confident wearing beige/ tan trousers too.

Was very pleased as my daughter was able to still have a great holiday even though she was on her period.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do without my WUKA period pants. I’m 56 and still coping with heavy unpredictable bleeding patterns. Having the security of WUKA means that I’m not panicking that the first I’ll know that I’ve got my period is that someone else points it out. I wear them all the time when not at home, just in case.

Your heavy flow pants are amazing and make me feel so much more confident - before I discovered them (thank you daughter) I would call in sick on my heaviest days as I couldn’t bear to risk the embarrassment of flooding through.

I have tried lots of different brands of reusable pads and knickers, i have very very heavy periods.
These are by far the best ive ever bought! They are quite thick but im happy as they didnt leak once during 12hours wear on heavy days. I would also say they are true to size x

I have been using your period pants for two months now and I just had to email you to tell you how life changing they've been for me.
7 years ago, just after my 21st birthday I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. One of the horrifying symptoms I live with each day is a severely overactive bladder. I've had many embarrassing accidents and take medication daily to try and reduce the impact in my day-to-day life but safe to say it's been crippling for me. My bladder has been so bad that my options for treatment have become limited and self catheterisation was becoming my only option - that is until I came across WUKA!

I first purchased some WUKA pants purely for my period - they're so stylish and comfortable and reduce period product waste that I immediately fell in love. It wasn't until I wore them just on the off chance when I wasn't on my period that I realised their dual purpose! With an overactive bladder WUKA has honestly transformed my life. I am a 29 year old children's urology nurse who has always struggled managing shift work and heavy periods. This week I tried your Wuka heavy flow pants and am honestly amazed. I have never been so comfortable during my period ever. I have also recommended them to all of my patients during clinic today (incontinent teenage girls) and will continue to do so I am so impressed!

Wish I had tried Wuka period pants sooner!
I’ve tried other brands but this has been by far the best ones, used for six months now and zero issues, no leaks and super comfortable! I’m a size 18-20 and got the 3XL and fits perfectly. With other brands I’ve used I’ve found the lining doesn’t come up far enough causing leaks but haven’t had this issue with wuka. Easy to wash and so much easier than wearing pads or tampons

They ladder on the side very quickly, after 1-2washes. To be fair WUKA replaced them for me, but still disappointing. Apartvrom that, they were perfect...

I got two pairs of the Ultimate high waisted (one heavy and one super heavy flow) and they worked really well, but the sides laddered within 2 washes. To be fair they were good about it, they replaced them, BUT one of the replacements arrived laddered in the mail. I guess there is a good reason in the FAQs webpage, one of the top questions is "my pants laddered, what do I do?" Save yourself some trouble and get a different model, I have a pair of the lace ones too and they are perfect.

I was so sceptical and so only ordered one pair as I was unsure and also to check for sizing as it is an expensive purchase. They are so amazing, so comfortable and I feel so secure even with ridiculously heavy, painful periods. I’ve just ordered three more pairs and also three for my daughter. I wish I had ordered more initially they are so good. I’m so happy with my purchases, they will save me money in the long term and are also much more environmentally friendly, thank you!!!

After trying Wuka pants, I tried WUKA Ultimate™ High Waist - Heavy Flow for my mom's weak bladder and haven’t heard a single complaint. She said they were very snug (Size 12 /14 in large) and did just the trick. I'm shocked to say these pants are not only good for periods but also super absorbent for Urinary Incontinence.

These pants are so comfortable! It took me a while to eventually cross over to period pants (I've only ever been a pad wearer, never gotten on with tampons)
I've had leaking accidents in the past with pads so always been a little worried it might be worse with period pants. I definitely wanted to buy the best and Wuka seemed the top in most reviews - so I made the investment. So glad I did, these pants are the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned! Some people asked me if it's like wearing a nappy.. which it definitely isn't. It feels more subtle than wearing a pad but more secure as it can't move or become unstuck! I've never leaked whilst wearing these - I save my heavy flow pair for my day 2 (the notorious day 2!) and I don't get that panicky feeling when I stand up and look back at the seat that I might've leaked. Very nice fabric , good protection and perfect fit. They feel like normal underwear but they are so comfortable and safe. The ideal panty for period , pee leakage or every day wear too

I absolutely LOVE these. They’re so flattering and soft! I’d say I’m solidly a 16 round the hips and get bloated and according to the size guide I’m just at the top of an XL. I have the midis in an XL which fit OK but sizing up to a 2XL in these was the right thing to do as I didn’t want to risk any digging around my stomach - they have really good coverage and they’re just so comfortable!

These are the best thing I’ve bought last year. Who knew. I have this style and the boxers. Size 22 I went for 3xl in boxers which just fit and 4xl in these. Only annoying thing about this style is the pad part goes behind but stops just under halfway up you bum. So constantly feels like your knickers are falling down.

So comfortable that I wear almost every day now! I have light, medium and heavy flow pairs and only have one point of feedback. After a few washes the white printed writing inside fades so can’t see which flow level they are. Why not colour code the WUKA logo on waistband to make it easy to just grab a pair and wear!
