I had been feeling very fatigued and exhausted on my periods, but these gummies have been a game changer. My energy is restored and my periods are manageable again. Nothing worse than being in pain & discomfort while feeling drained and too tired to do anything but to exhausted to even sleep. Finally an iron supplement my teen actually wants to take! It was a nightmare to try and get her to take iron supplement and we tried many. Now she asks for it every day. She has a very sensitive stomach and these gummies are gentle, she has no issues.

I love these gummies. It’s less of a chore to take as it tastes great and gentle on the stomach too. First iron supplement that didn’t cause any issues - zero side effects just great taste.
Those who complain about a bit of aftertaste, I find if I don’t drink water straight away, there isn’t any taste of iron.
