The WUKA Ultimate™ Midi Brief Multipack combines our most absorbent Super Heavy Flow pants with Heavy Flow pants, giving you reliable protection through every stage of your cycle. With a stretchy, comfortable fit and breathable Tencel™ fabric, they’re designed to keep you secure day and night.

HOW IT WORKS

Super Heavy Flow pants absorb up to 60ml of period blood – the equivalent of 12 tampons or 8 pads – with a thicker gusset for maximum protection.
Heavy Flow pants absorb 20ml+ – about 4 tampons’ worth or 3 pads – for the days when your flow begins to ease.
Leak-proof layers lock in flow and odour, while the super-stretch waistband moves with your body for comfort even during bloating. Wear for up to 12 hours at a time.

How absorbent are the briefs, and when should I switch from Super Heavy to Heavy?
Super Heavy holds up to 60 ml, about 12 tampons or 8 pads, with a thicker gusset for maximum protection. Heavy holds 20 ml or more, about 4 tampons or 3 pads. Start with Super Heavy in the early days, then switch to Heavy as bleeding reduces.
Are these suitable for overnight wear and postpartum bleeding?
Yes. Both absorbencies are designed for postpartum bleeding and overnight wear, providing up to 12 hours of protection depending on your flow.
How does the midi brief fit and waistband help with comfort and leaks?
The midi brief cut offers balanced front and back coverage with a high gusset to help prevent leaks. The super stretch waistband moves with your body and stays comfortable during bloating.
What are they made from and how do they feel against skin?
They are made from sustainably sourced Tencel Modal. The fabric is breathable and about 3.5 times softer than cotton for a smooth, gentle feel.
How do I wash and care for them, and how long will they last?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner and air dry. With proper care they are reusable for up to 2 years.

Love them!

I absolutely love my Postpartum Comfort Set, they are as the name suggests, so comfortable!
I've had no leaks, no middle of the night change of sheets, nothing gets bunched up and uncomfortable and so easy to clean. I highly reccommend!
