HOW IT WORKS
Each pair absorbs 20ml of period blood, around 4 tampons' worth, with up to 12 hours of wear. Stretch™ fabric flexes to fit across 3 sizes, so the pants grow with your child instead of being outgrown. The CoolMax™ gusset is fast drying, moisture wicking and breathable, and the seamless fit feels just like regular underwear. Wear, wash and repeat: every pair is reusable for up to 2 years.

4 pairs gives your teen 2 full days of cover, with each Heavy Flow pair lasting all day for all but the heaviest of periods. A quick wash and overnight dry keeps the rotation going for longer periods. They're also up to 50% cheaper than disposable pads, with no more monthly dash to the shops when supplies run out. What's the laundry bag for?
The mesh laundry bag keeps the pants protected in the machine and stops them vanishing into the family wash. Pop worn pairs straight in, wash the lot together, and they're ready to go again.

How do we wash the pants?
Easy. Rinse them in cold water after wear, then pop them in the mesh laundry bag and machine wash at 30 degrees. Skip the fabric softener, it stops the pants absorbing as well as they should, and leave them to air dry. They'll be ready for the next heavy day.
