I returned these because the were too small. I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Very bad customer service. Would not use this company again.

Two weeks in, and while I’m still waiting for noticeable effects, the experience so far is amazing and I genuinely enjoy taking them – they taste fantastic (no chalky vibes here) and the blend of Magnesium, Zinc, and Chasteberry makes me feel like I’m supporting my body properly. Okay, these are genuinely the best-tasting gummies I’ve ever had. I look forward to them every morning with my coffee. The raspberry flavour is lush and not too sweet. I’ve only been using them for two weeks, so still early days, but I love that they’re vegan, packed with nutrients like Magnesium and Chasteberry, and designed for PMS support. Plus, no pills = no fuss. They fit into my morning routine so easily – no water needed, no forgetting. Very impressed so far!

I LOVE the gummies especially they do not have any added sugar, artificial colour or flavouring. I count down hours to eat them again unlike other supplements which leaves after taste in the throat like powdery or iron taste. Could not believe they actually work, I do boxing training with a lot of skipping jumping ect, and usually have to wear a pad and boxer shorts but this thong caught all my dribbles of wee and I stayed dry all through the session!! Game changer

Bought for teen daughter just starting periods and she thinks they’re brilliant.

Daughter used these for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved them! We were going out for the whole day, she got her period and was dreading it, as first day she gets bad cramps and nausea, sometimes is actually sick. She used a heat patch and it made such a difference for her, managed the cramps, no nausea, says it gave her a lovely, warm snuggly feeling all day and was still giving off heat 12 hours after she put it on! She also wore one overnight to manage the cramps and aid sleep, much easier and one lasting than hot water bottle or the microwave heat pack we usually use. Just needed them for first couple of days when it's at its worst. We'll be ordering again!

The best period panties I've ever tried. They are super comfortable, stretchy and absorbent. Highly recommended for those who, like me, have heavy periods and struggle to find something that makes us feel comfortable even on a night out!

I have been taking the iron gummies for over a week now. I can honestly say they have made a difference. I excersise every morning and when I on my period I get so tired and I just don’t want to work out but I have been taking these every morning and I have just had that little bit more energy to just go for it and I have had the best workouts this period then ever. Maybe it’s all in the mind or maybe not all I no is they taste great and they do the job. I’m very happy and will be buying again. Only thing I would say is maybe the price is a little high so I need to make sure Iv saved to reorder. Love the product though and I would recommend 😊
