You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

The WUKA Stretch™ Thong looks and feels just like your favourite thong, but with built-in protection. Designed to absorb periods, discharge, and light leaks, it keeps you dry and comfortable all day long without compromise.

HOW IT WORKS

Made with innovative Stretch™ Technology, one pair flexes to fit up to 4 sizes. The gusset provides light to medium absorbency, holding up to 10–15ml of period blood - around 2–3 tampons or 1–2 pads. Works perfectly as a tampon or liner replacement, or as backup protection with a menstrual cup.
