I switched to period underwear last year and haven’t looked back! Medium flow are great for a few days of my period, and I also use the heavy flow option for longer days (my flow isn’t super heavy). I haven’t had a leak and appreciate the use of mostly natural fabrics on my sensitive skin. For sizing reference, I’m around a waist size 30”, hips 40” (US 8/UK 12) and medium fits great. These can easily be everyday wear. They are so comfortable. The sizing is great I am a 24 usually and the 5XL is perfect. All with the added piece of mind that they will catch any leaks. I have just started wearing them with no other sanitary items as I feel that secure. I would highly recommend these.

I was dubious to try period pants, but I can confidently say there is no looking back now. These are comfortable and I have not needed to worry about leaks.

These do the job and wash well. I didn’t realise they had mesh panels when ordering and I find them slightly less comfortable than the plain stretch ones and I’m slightly concerned about snagging the mesh.

I’m a complete convert! Fit perfectly, so comfortable, look great (the sheer panels make them look sexier and stop them looking like granny pants) and give me confidence during my period. I’ve bought 4 pairs of this style so far. I even wear them on non period days to prevent little leaks us older women get!

I have bought these for my 11 year old who is now onto her 2nd show, using pads the first time. The pants are so much more suitable, lasted the day and overnight when switched to the second pair. No embarrassment in the school toilets when having to open a pad in fear of others listening. My daughter thought they were amazing, comfortable and perfect for her needs. They washed well and are ready to go next time.

My WUKA pants have helped me outstandingly on two occasions where other period products would have let me down, particularly as I am in my 40s and my periods are both heavy and unpredictable.

These were: when I was in hospital all day supporting my husband when his father was dying and having a day at a new job where I was in back to back meetings and had no chance to faff around with period products!

Thankfully these stressful days are few and far between in my life. But I’m sure there are countless people who are happy you exist every day as you have made our lives so much easier when on our periods. I’ve just ordered more pants as they are so brilliant!

Wish I had tried Wuka period pants sooner!
I’ve tried other brands but this has been by far the best ones, used for six months now and zero issues, no leaks and super comfortable! I’m a size 18-20 and got the 3XL and fits perfectly. With other brands I’ve used I’ve found the lining doesn’t come up far enough causing leaks but haven’t had this issue with wuka. Easy to wash and so much easier than wearing pads or tampons

These are great, and I just wish I could get normal, non-period pants that fit like this. Super soft, and a gentle hugging feel which feels great against my cramps!

Just wanted to pop on and say how glad I am I found Wuka and period underwear, it is truly a game-changer for me and I only wish I found them earlier! Much more comfy and doesn't make me come out in a rash like I did use pads (I had a time when I had a super heavy flow and was constantly changing them, it just wasn't nice!) so these are much kinder and resilient. I have tried other period pants brands but have had issues with the gusset ripping after a couple of wears so these I find are much stronger!
I absolutely adore the high-waisted ones as they are super comfy to wear and I even bought some everyday pairs because of how comfy they are!

I am a UK size 16 and bought size XL These pants are so comfortable! It took me a while to eventually cross over to period pants (I've only ever been a pad wearer, never gotten on with tampons) I've had leaking accidents in the past with pads so always been a little worried it might be worse with period pants. I definitely wanted to buy the best and Wuka seemed the top in most reviews - so I made the investment. So glad I did, these pants are the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned! Some people asked me if it's like wearing a nappy.. which it definitely isn't. It feels more subtle than wearing a pad but more secure as it can't move or become unstuck. I bought the 3 pack to wear the first day and last couple days of my period and haven't leaked at all! It's so nice not to have that anxious feeling every time you stand up...
I only wished Wuka had a different colour than black that I could order that I could wear on my last day so I know when I've nearly stopped bleeding so I don't wear more period pants than I need to. Because of the black fabric and how well they absorb the blood it's hard to tell when you're at the end of your period (getting lighter). They are perfect thank you Wuka 🩸❤️

I heard people talk about period pants and I thought no way! Not for me!
I was recently diagnosed with the disease lichen sclerosis. Now, I can't wear my usual tampons and sanitary wear. I bought the organic kinds however the creams and ointments I'm using have thinned my skin so these just irritate me and bring me out in horrible rashes. The disease itself is a nightmare never mind all of these issues.
My last period was awful. I was crying due to the irritation and throwing wobblers due to the pads not sticking to my underwear and when I finally managed to get them to stick they caused hell.

I joined a support group and asked the ladies.....what do you do about periods and every one replied....period pants! That's when the research began and I came across you guys.

I ordered 3 pairs and have just finished my period and I honestly feel like I haven't even had a period. These pants are truly amazing and I wish I discovered them sooner. No mess, no hassle, no feeling uncomfortable. I honestly can't thank you guys enough.

I have cried a lot since being diagnosed in February and was dreading this period as I knew how uncomfortable I was going to be, but I wasn't at all. I honestly can't believe how amazing your period pants are. I will recommend you to everyone.

I was very sceptical about this product so I only brought one to try out on my next period. They were very comfy, I like the fit and how soft they are and the elastics not too tight on my tummy (can't have that when you have cramps) Had no leaks all day! Every time I went to the toilet I would keep checking, dabbing with paper to see if they were damp, but nothing! Love how wide the crotch is so I don't feel like anything will escape. Rinsed them out and washed them and they're just as good as new. Really noticed the difference wearing a sanitary pad for the rest of my period, much less breathable and secure. So I hopped on and bought two more pairs!

Thank you for creating this life-changing product. I used to dread my periods, and now I *almost* look forward to them! These pants are genuinely as comfortable as my regular underwear. Maybe even more comfortable. I have given up sanitary pads completely. I no longer worry about my period clashing with events and holidays. I can just put my pants on and get on with my life! Absolutely in love with the high waist pants. So comfortable I forget I'm actually on! I purchased two which I've been using for 6 months, I definitely need to invest in more. During this hot weather it did not make me sweaty, no leaks, no issues! I used to have to wear granny pants with a pad and shorts on top for extra comfort now I don't need to do that. I love the high waist because it gives my belly comfort lol. Worth it. :)

I bought a 3x pack to try out as ‘pee wee’ pants and oh boy what ‘A Joy’ they work. Money well spent. A joy to wear they provide all day comfort and peace of mind. A joy not to contribute to so so much landfill. A Joy as they are so simple to pop into a wash. Only hiccup is the price. Which has so far prohibited friends from trying them. A shame. I have introduced your other styles and products to my daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. All converts. A great big joyous thank you.

I wanted to say thank you for this product. I turned 50 in January and had a Myrena removed in early February to see how my body was going to manage. I was apprehensive and luckily for me my cycle has been medium since. I wanted to buy some period pants to reduce waste and chose Christmas presents for my daughters as the perfect opportunity, a pair for myself of course!

I researched different products and settled on WUKA. The name is awesome and gives the perfect empowerment. The environmental message is really thought provoking as I am trying to reduce my impact on the planet.

Once the pants arrived I was nervous to try them out (despite reading the reviews) and after my first few hours wearing the Ultimate medium flow, I realised how life changing they are.

I feel secure, comfortable and satisfied with my small contribution to the environment. Purchasing the product is simple and I feel part of a club. Not only have I embraced the idea of menopause but a life of periods in a new way. I love being able to talk about what has traditionally been two taboo subjects.

I have since purchased further supplies and as a wild swimmer I can continue to Wake Up Kick Ass for my Sunday morning swim every week without fail.

I wish these products were as common as traditional sanitary items and hope one day, they will be the normal.

The most comfortable pair of period underwear I currently own. They feel great. I wish I could wear them all the time.

These were my first pair of period pants and I’m so glad I made the switch. I didn’t really know what to expect at first and I had my doubts as to whether wearing these would feel like I was sitting in a pool of my own blood, but I was very much mistaken. They are SO comfy and I feel more protected wearing these than using any pad or tampon. The different layers absorb your period so you feel clean and refreshed throughout the day. There is lots of stretch to accommodate any bloating and they are surprisingly flattering too. I was also really impressed by how fast they arrived and the fact they are certified vegan. I’ve just ordered another pair in a different style as I’d like to replace disposable products altogether. Thank you Wuka!
