Fill it with hot (not boiling) water to about two-thirds capacity, carefully expel excess air, and seal tightly. Store it empty, away from direct sunlight, and check regularly for signs of wear. Always use with the supplied cover to protect your skin from direct contact.

I am 43 years and used a hot water bottle for the first time to ease my cramps and they went away. I am blown away. All these years of painkillers when a hot water bottle was the answer. I have two now from wuka. I also bought the yuyu brand bottle which has cashmere covers. Hopefully they also fit the wuka brand

Simple, yet great idea

This is a great idea. It's adjustable and helps ease pain whilst on the move.
I'm a size 14 clothing, so it comfortably goes right across my stomach and slightly around the hips, so it doesn't go all the way around but it doesn't need to. If I get more back pain than front, I simply turn it around and vice versa.

Really useful hot water bottle that you can use precisely where your aches and pains are located

I am very pleased with the wearable hot water bottle and I really like being able to tuck my hands in the front pouch. I do find the ties a bit tricky but I see myself using it regularly especially as we head into winter.

This hot water bottle style is just amazing, it is so nice to wear a hot water bottle without using hands, plus the flexibility and extra coverage when areas are sore is amazing. Definitely a must have, I also don't mind how you fill it up, it's alright! 5/5

I love this hot water bottle. I used to walk around (at home!) with a normal hot water bottle stuffed down the front of my pyjama trousers and it was both annoying and not that effective. The wuka wearable bottle solves all these problems and is much better priced than other wearable bottles out there. I use it all the time. 5 ⭐️

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

I saw an ad for one of these on social media and thought it would be great for winter as I often carry around a hot water bottle with me to keep warm as I always seem to be freezing. I purchased a couple at first and gave one away as a gift for Christmas and have worn mine day in and day out in throughout the whole of winter. I can hide it under jumpers and do zoom calls with it on. I have recommended it to a friend who refers to it as 'her warm hug' and has bought one for each of her daughters. I cannot recommend them enough!

This hot water bottle is amazing and better priced than many others out there. I use it when I have flare-ups of my chronic pain and I'm sure it will be great for my period too. I love how it has a pocket you can tuck your hands into. Only downside is that you'll need to add a longer ribbon to tie it around yourself if you are fat but that's pretty easy to do.

This hot water bottle is such a game changer! It’s difficult to imagine that a hot water bottle can be comfortable, but this one is! And sooo useful, you can wear it while cooking, while taking a nap, it’s great for lower back pain. I love it!

Amazing!

This hot water bottle is everything! I have always had your usual hot water bottles and just worn a jumper in order to keep them there whilst I did things but this totally changes the game! The only thing perhaps is that I wish it came in different sizes as it wraps around the body of the woman in the picture but for someone with a larger waist/hips, it will only be either on the front or the back. I know this is a very inclusive brand which is why I have bought from it but I think perhaps the sizing on this could be improved. Overall, very happy with it anyway!

This is such a gamechanger!

This is the best invention ever! Super comfortable and easy to wear, it even has a slot for your phone when you are on the go. I am always cold and have been using this the whole time to just keep warm in this cold weather which has been such a game changer. Fantastic item to have alongside your period
