Each pair absorbs up to 15ml (about 3 tampons or 2 pads), ideal for medium flow days and light leaks.
Do they fully replace pads and tampons?
Yes—on medium flow days they’re designed to replace pads and tampons. If your flow increases, change sooner or choose a Heavy absorbency style.
What’s the fit like and are they comfortable for daily wear?
A hipster cut made from soft, breathable organic cotton with a high gusset for extra coverage—comfortable and kind to skin for all-day wear.
Can I wear them for up to 12 hours or overnight?
They provide up to 12 hours of protection. Suitable for daytime or overnight on medium flow—change sooner if you start to feel wet, as everyone’s flow is different.
How do I wash and care for them?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner. Air dry only; do not tumble dry or soak for long periods.
How long will they last and how many pairs do I need?
With proper care they’re reusable for up to 2 years. Most people find 5–7 pairs work well for a full cycle; build your rotation with single, 3-pack or 5-pack options.
