WUKA Basics™ Period Pants look and feel like your regular underwear, but have the power to absorb your period flow.

🍃 Sustainable periods are not a luxury. Every WUKA prevents over 200 disposables from going to landfill with every pair. Wear, wash, reuse.

🩸🩸🩸  Medium absorbency, complete tampon and pad replacement. Holds 15ml of period flow or light leaks - around 2-3 tampons' worth.

Tried our Ultimate  Midi Brief or High Waist before? We recommend sizing up in our Basic Hipster, as they come up a little smaller than our Tencel pants.

Try one WUKA of each style - refund or exchange for a different size for free up to 40 days after purchase.

You can exchange any unopened items for up to 40 days

Above expectations

These pants are great. I bought a 5 pack and gave two to my sister (who also loves them and consequently bought a heavy flow pair too). They aren’t super flattering and that’s fine with me cause the benefit of not having to worry about leaks or chemicals from pads is worth it. I use mine with a cup and these two items together are the best investment I’ve made. Having these knickers means I don’t have to worry about finding a bin or having pads when I’m camping or staying at someone’s place or going away for a few days. They’re comfy on the skin and the “pad” goes right up to the lower back so you feel completely protected. The WUKA basics range is also the most affordable of period pants in my opinion after doing a fair bit of reading and comparing. I also like their ethos and celebration of women and their menstrual cycles

First time buyer...

In my opinion these are a small fit. I bought a large, stated as a 12-14, but these are quite tight which I didn't think they would be as I am a small 12 so I couldn't wear these overnight as I'd be too uncomfortable.

They seem well made though so I may buy a bigger size... though I've never had to buy an XL anything 😕

MAGNIFICENT!!!

I love them! I live with my two best friends and after my recommendation they both bought one pair each. They are the happiest now!!
I bought my regular size and they fit me perfectly but if you don't like them too tight I would recommend to choose a size up. They are good quality, there are not stains or bad odours and you just need to rinse them a bit before put them into the washing machine . They are very comfy even if you are riding a bike, which I love!
I always use them in the night for sleeping and during the day after the heavy period first days because mines are medium flow. Looking forward to try the heavy flow though!
